For HVAC commissioning companies

Get found by the people looking for a commissioning engineer.

Not just another directory. A network of people in the trade, where building owners, engineering consultancies and main contractors come looking for someone who can balance a system — and where you keep the full value of your quotes.

The problem, as it stands

You get found by word of mouth, or not at all

A building owner who searches Google for “hydronic balancing” lands on general heating engineers' websites, national directories and supplier pages. Almost never on a company that actually does commissioning.

Directories take a cut of work you won yourself

The usual model takes a percentage of the quote, or sells the same lead to four firms who then undercut each other. Either way, it's your margin that pays for the introduction.

There is nowhere for commissioning engineers to talk to each other

An overstretched colleague 40 km away, a job outside your area, a question about a valve preset: it's a small trade, but it has no common meeting place. Everyone works it out alone.

What the network gives you

A public listing that Google indexes

Your company appears on the network map and on your city's page. These are indexed pages, not a profile locked away behind an internal search engine.

Project requests in your area

Every project request validated by our team is sent to you by email, with a description of the system and the issues to resolve. You reply with your quote, online.

Zero commission on your quotes

You keep the full amount you invoice. The platform is funded by subscriptions, never by your turnover.

Peer-to-peer subcontracting

Hand over a job outside your area, or take one on from a colleague who is snowed under. Between people in the trade, with no sales middleman.

How it works

Four steps, only one of which takes up your time. This is how it really works, without the gloss.

  1. You create your company's account

Email, password, then your company details: registered name, main service area, specialities, number of technicians. No bank card needed at this stage.

  2. Your listing goes on the map

It shows your city, your specialities and your experience. Depending on the plan you choose, your name and company are either public or hidden until first contact.

  3. A request comes in for your area

Every project request is read and assigned by a commissioning engineer, not by a matching algorithm. It's slower than automatic distribution, and deliberately so: you don't receive requests meant for someone else.

  4. You price it, the client compares, you sign

The quote is done online. The client sees your proposal, you talk it through via the built-in messaging, and the full amount goes to you.

What exists, and what's on the way

We'd rather show you exactly where the line is than let you find out after you've paid.

These are small numbers. We publish them because a network that claims “hundreds of experts” in its early days doesn't deserve your trust.

Questions we get asked

How many companies are actually on the network?

6 today. It is a small number and we do not inflate it: 11 project requests have been handled and 9 quotes accepted since launch. A small network has a direct advantage for you — a request sent to the network is not spread across forty companies. The drawback is just as real: volume is still low. It is up to you to decide whether a monthly subscription with no minimum term is worth the bet.

How is this different from a paid directory?

A directory sells your visibility and takes a cut of your business. Here the subscription is the platform's only revenue: no commission, no percentage, no reselling of your file to competitors. And there are working tools behind the listing — online quotes, forum, marketplace, subcontracting on the Premium plan — not just a line in a list.

I don't have time to manage yet another tool

Signing up takes about ten minutes, once. After that you only come back when a request arrives: you get an email, you open it, you price it or you pass. There's nothing to keep feeding — no profile to update every week, no content to publish.

Who is behind the site?

An HVAC commissioning engineer, not a web agency or an investment fund. That is why the vocabulary on the site is right and why the technical guides are written by someone who has taken the readings.

What if it's no use to me?

The subscription is monthly with no minimum term: you can stop whenever you like, simply by asking. We'd rather tell you that plainly than lock you in for twelve months.

Register your company

About ten minutes, and no bank card until the final step. The price and the two plans are shown to you before you confirm — you can stop there without having committed to anything.
