Available to Premium subscribers since September 2026, each company getting its own workspace. A read-only demo is open to everyone from this page, and from the « Application web » tab of the expert area. Generating commissioning reports from the readings is still in preparation.
The problem it sets out to solve
A commissioning company juggles several sites, several technicians and a lot of paperwork. Schedules, leave, expenses and quotes often live in tools that don’t talk to each other, and the time spent re-keying data adds up by the end of the week.
The technicians’ schedule lives in a spreadsheet, on a whiteboard or in a group chat.
A shared team schedule, linked to the company’s jobs.
Leave requests, expense claims and vehicle papers go round by email and in folders.
Leave, expenses and vehicle documents are tracked in one place.
Quotes, invoices and reports are put together by hand from scattered files.
Quotes, invoices and reports are produced in the same tool as the jobs they relate to.

How it fits with the platform
MAPHVAC is not software to install: it opens from the “Web app” tab of the Metteur au Point expert area, with no new login. Project requests from the platform’s clients, the quotes that answer them and subcontracting are still handled on the platform.

How much does it cost?
It is included in the Premium plan, with no separate subscription. Plan prices are shown during sign-up, at the step where you choose your plan.
How do I access it?
